Week 4 - Day 2
Diet:
Breakfast: Cereal and Lowfat milk
Snack: McDonald's Sausage McMuffin, OJ and french fries
Lunch: None
Snack: None
Dinner: Spaghetti with ground turkey meat and salad
(I probably had some kind of junk food)
Exercise:
Burn it Up! and substituted ab section with Slim & 6-pack!
