Off to Boston
It's D's birthday and the poor guy has to be stuck at the airport/airplane all day. But.. we'll be celebrating his birthday out in Boston and see his family.
Nonstop flights are the best!!
I'll be cheating and not doing my Slim in 6.
Week 2 - Day 7
Diet:
Breakfast: (We had a late breakfast because we had so much to do in the morning before rushing off to the airport). 1/2 turkey and brie sandwich and chips
Snack: Snack trail mix
Lunch: 1/2 turkey and brie sandwich and chips
Snack: Reese's piece cup
Dinner: Grilled cheese sandwich and chips
Exercise:
Ramp it Up! in the morning before we went off to the airport.
