Sleeepy!
I haven't been THIS tired for a long time. *sigh* Don't know if it's just lack of sleep or the diet or the exercise. I thought you're supposed to have MORE energy. This week we're off to Boston!! ..and where my diet and exercise goes to crap.
Week 2 - Day 6
Diet:
Breakfast: 1/2 bagel with cream cheese
Snack: Power Bar
Lunch: Leftover fettucine with turkey and brocolli and pesto sauce
Snack: Ricecake
Dinner: 1/2 Sandwich and cesaer salad
Cheats: L's peach candy, 2 glasses of champagne
Exercise:
Slim & 6-pack! (I'll use today as my 'day-off'...too tired)
Week 2 - Day 6
Diet:
