Good Bye Coach Wooden

John R. Wooden passed away on June 4, 2010. His public memorial at Pauley Pavillion was today. I secretly wanted to go but once I found out that it was going to be televised. I decided to TiVo it. It was going to be hard to get tickets and deal with the crowds to celebrate one of the greatest man in our history. Plus, we had to celebrate Father's Day and other family members birthdays at my parents house today.

I'm truly saddened by his passing. He was a wonderful man. I almost wished if I had known he had an open door policy at his Encino condo.. I would have tried to meet him. He was a good man.
