Annual Exam

It's that time again. Well, I was a couple of months late on getting to the doctor. But lets see what the trend is like:

Cholesterol:
12/4/04 = 299
10/6/05 = 214
12/11/07 = 212
1/29/09 = 193 (FINALLY within normal limits!)

LDL:
12/4/04 = 158
10/6/05 = 117
12/11/07 = 117
1/29/09 = 108 (Coming down but still high)

HDL:
12/4/04 = 132
10/6/05 = 86
12/11/08 = 80
1/29/09 = 72 (There's a trend that this is going down. Not good)

Triglycerides: (I don't know why I don't have past lab results)
1/29/09 = 67 (But this is a good number)
