Day Three. Anaya and Mauricio

Just two more days left to give our final decision. It's still gonna be hard.

Anaya

She walked through the door with so much energy. I enjoyed the fact that she showed her boards and had drawings. This helped to show us how she creates. It was nice knowing that she enjoyed doing her job...she was honest enough to say that even if she didn't make anything that it would help with her experience, portfolio and she wanted us to be happy with the space. That was awesome. I'm just wondering what her sketches will show.

Mauricio

He was a nice guy. I liked the idea that he wanted us to learn through this process.. like if we wanted to change our look then we wouldn't be scared and wouldn't have to hire another person. That was cool. He also brought drawings of the living space... that was cool. However, i don't think we meshed very well.

I remember one of those HGTV shows where three designers would come in and draw up their ideas. The homeowner would then pick which ideas they liked better. I wish this process would have been the same way. *sigh*

Hard decision.
