Cheating is so Easy
It's the weekend and I know I'll be cheating with the diet... just gotta keep it on the downlow and not kick myself when I can't exactly fit to the eating schedule.
Had lunch with JT today... so the eat every 3 hrs is gonna be screwed up.. and we're going out to eat. Tonite we watched the UCLA-USC game during happy hour.. so happy hour food and drinks are bad bad bad for the diet. eek.
Week 1 - Day 6
Diet:
Breakfast: 1/2 bagel with cream cheese and OJ
Snack: None
Lunch: Lomo Saltado - It's a peruvian dish of rice with beef and french fries (YUM!)
Snack: None
Dinner: 2 slices of cheese pizza, few pieces of garlic fries, chicken egg roll and beer. (eeek!)
Exercise:
Ramp It Up!
