March Madness!!
It has begun!! And UCLA wins in the first round. BOOOO-YAH! :-) My team is awesome.
Week 2 - Day 5
Diet:
Breakfast: Cereal with low fat milk
Snack: Carrots
Lunch: One piece of Chicken with Meat Sauce, One Cheese Stuffed Pasta Shell and One garlic bread (yea.. i somewhat cheated..but it was a free lunch!)
Snack: A couple Pretzels
Dinner: Broiled Chicken, Potatoe with butter, Salad
Exercise:
Slim & 6-Pack! in the morning and Burn it Up! after work
Week 2 - Day 5
