8 months to go

The Dam Hoi is less than a month to go!!! oh my. I'm excited about it coming... still a lil nervous but excited at the same time.

What We've Accomplished for the Dam Hoi
1. Set the Date as April 7th.
2. Dan's Parents have bought their plane tickets
3. Sent out the evites and call friends in case they don't check email about engagement party get together
4. Bought my ao dai.
5. I think I've found a person to do my hair and make-up (although I may ask her to go lighter on the eyeshadow)
6. Found the restaurant and put a deposit down

What Still Needs to be done for Dam Hoi
1. Rent the red holders and signs - do a week before
2. Buy the cakes and teas and fruits - do a week before
3. Select the menu - confirm a week before
4. Get a head count and provide to restaurant - confirm a day before

What We Still Need to Do For the Wedding Within this Month
1. Book Caterer
2. Book florist
3. Find dress and tux
4. Book Videographer - Still don't know if we're going to do this
5. Book wedding nite bridal suite
6. Find bridesmaid and groomsmen tux


So the next few months are going to be harsh in the savings department. So many weddings and bachelorette things. This past weekend put me in the hole by at least $350. And in two weeks is Suzanna's bachelorette... I can only imagine how much I'm going to be in the hole for that one. And I need to get Elsie her wedding gift. oy.

Snow Patrol Concert was great!! They sang 2 of the 3 that I wanted. hehe.. i'm giddy that I got to hear 'Run'.. my fav song of theirs. Giddy!
