Tasks to be done: 7-12 months before Wedding

Finally got the wedding date set as Saturday November 3rd. whew.

What We've Accomplished for the Dam Hoi

1. Set the Date as April 7th.
2. Dan's Parents have bought their plane tickets
3. Sent out the evites and call friends in case they don't check email about engagement party get together

What Still Needs to be done for Dam Hoi

1. Rent/Tailor my ao dai
2. Find a person to do my hair and make-up (maybe)
3. Rent the red holders and signs
4. Buy the cakes and teas
5. Find a restaurant

What We've Accomplished for the Wedding

1. Formally announced our engagement - Engagement Party/Dam Hoi on April 7, 2007
2. Selected the date - Nov 3, 2007
3. Determined budget - Hopefully we'll stay with it.
4. Booked the Church and the Priest
5. Booked the Reception Site
6. Contracted our Wedding Coordinator
7. Started working on the website
8. Compiled tentative guest list
9. Selected our wedding party
10. Selected color scheme - red and brown with fall color accents

What We Still Need to Do

1. Book Caterer
2. Book Photographer
3. Book DJ for reception
4. Book florist
5. Find dress and tux
6. Book Videographer - Not too keen on this...but Dan would like it.
7. Book Ceremony musicians or maybe just have recorded music?
8. Book wedding nite bridal suite
9. Find bridesmaid and groomsmen tux
