Firecracker

What turned out to be a quiet nite with two of Dan's friends... turned out to be a going out drinking and dancing nite with two of Dan's other friends.

We had gotten there pretty early... 10ish. We got our drinks and climbed the stairs to the second floor. It's great getting there early... the ability to nab seats so we're not standing around. But going to a place early is a sign of 'going old'. When you're much younger.. you always get to the club around 11ish or later and stay until you're kicked out. We left around 1ish which is way before closing time... and it's not like we went to a different club or bar. We went straight home. oy. signs of getting old.

Another side note: It's funny how all of a sudden a club goes from being totally empty to getting SO packed! You end up asking yourself where did all these ppl come from!?!
