Irritating Coworker

How did I know that I would get a phone call from her?

I had sent out an email. Even had a second person read it, to make sure it made sense.

And...I get a phone call. Now, I usually won't get irritated but when the tone of her voice sounds like she's irritated at the situation. It's not my fault you don't understand instructions.

Co-worker: I can't find the multi-dose vial. Where is it?

Me: (thinking to myself... two shifts have already passed by... could it have been used by them?) Are you sure no one took it out?

Co-worker: What do you mean? It's not there. I looked everywhere.

Me: Not even on second floor?

Co-worker: No they're asking me.

Me: Well, it was in a baggie. You just have to do inventory to take it out. It was with 9 other vials.

Co-worker: Well, I just dispensed another vial.

why does she have to be so defensive?

So, on Sunday I come into work. And what do you know... the vial was where I told her. And when I asked another coworker what happened.. lo and behold.. they found it a while after I had called.

Can she please stop irritating me??
