I am SORE!
Week 1 - Day 2
Diet:
Breakfast: Special K cereal and non-fat milk
Snack: protein bar
Lunch: Chicken with corn and pasta with pesto
Snack: Apple
Dinner: Celery Sticks with Peanut Butter. (I was supposed to eat a Tuna Sandwich but I wasn't in the mood for it)
Exercise: Ramp It Up! in the morning
My legs are SO sore. I wish my abs were sore then I know it was working those muscles too!!
