First Prenatal Visit

Today was my first official prenatal visit with Dr. H!! D met up with me at the doctor's office. She went through our family histories and did a mini physical exam on me. Because I had complained of spotting, she revved up the ultrasound. YAY!

We got to see the lil monkey again. Growing right on schedule! And having more of the features of a baby. We then got to hear the heartbeat. It was SO amazing!! I was like you're sure that's the baby's and not mine. And the lil monkey was moving around and stretching and kicking! Funny how you just love something instantly.

Both D and I were so excited and happy. Because the only person at work I told about my pregnancy was D. I wanted to show her the u/s photos. But she had left early. So, then I just couldn't hold it and told A. She was SO happy for me. She knew D & my struggle with the whole conceiving.. so she literally cried and hugged me so tight!! I showed her the photos and she said it brought back all the memories of when she saw M's ultrasound.

YAY! Best feeling ever!
