Procrastinating
I really see no difference with this whole routine. Maybe it's my diet. I dunno. Man, in a few more days we'll be in Vietnam and I still haven't booked any of our tours. argh.
Week 5 - Day 1
Diet:
Breakfast: Waffles and lite syrup; tangerine
Snack: PowerBar
Lunch: Rice with chicken and veggies
Snack: Cheetos and chocolate (couldn't help it..someone brought it in for the nite crew)
Dinner: None
Exercise:
Burn it Up! and replaced ab section with Slim & 6-pack!
Week 5 - Day 1
