Mission: Our House

We officially said 'No.' to the townhome in Pasadena.

After a gruelling (what seems to feel like) three months. Being jerked around. Being told that the bank approval letter would come. And then finally told there would be an amendment where we had to pay for our own termite inspection and home warranty AND for the short sale facilitator... we had it. It was a really nice and new townhome. A really good deal when comparing what's still out there... but personally for me... this whole process just left a bad taste in my mouth. And I'm still hoping that the housing market will go down enough that we can get that close-to-perfect house.

It must be out there, right?
