Tough Choices

The new year started with engagement announcements and wedding invitations.

If I had it my way, I would go to every single wedding. Last year, I had to decline one of my friend's wedding. And I've regretted the decision. This year is even tougher because we're in the process of buying a house..buying Dan a new car..we're trying to travel as much as possible before we start popping babies out. So this is tough. How to tell a friend that you can't make it to their wedding.

The wedding count for this year is Eight. Four are pretty local. One in San Francisco. One in Vegas. Another in San Diego. Another in Boston.

Last year we were invited to five weddings (plus we had our own wedding).

I love hearing all my friends getting married...but the count getting THIS high... it's getting out of hand!! And now I have to make a hard decision. ug. I hope they don't hate me if I don't show up. *sad face*
