Full Time
Mom: "She's working part time here and there but not getting benefits. She's crazy!"
Me: *silent*
Alot of my coworkers are pushing me to ask Carol for a full-time position. But, I've been reluctant to ask.
I like being per diem... getting the extra cash. I get the benefit of being able to still contribute to my 401K and from the looks of my last statement Childrens is even matching a lil to what I put into it. The only downside is that I don't get Paid Time Off and I have to pay for my health insurance out of pocket.
I'm in that limbo situation. Still figuring out what's best for me.
