Hating This Time of Year

Not talking about the holidays.

I hate the fact that it gets darker earlier. The other day I was debating whether to go to the gym or not. If Dan had gone with me.. I probably would have went. But, the fact that it was darker.. just reinforced the idea that I should go home. Darker feels later... even though 5pm is still early. Poo.


(Mental Note: Body Fat Measurement was 23.5%. My Goal is about 15-20%)
