Elsie made a doubly delicious dinner tonite. Props to the chef. I don't know how to pronounce ANY of the meals that she prepared... but BOY! I'm still full. whew. I wish I had her skills.

Promised Dan I would try to imitate a yummy meal for him soon. Gotta copy the dessert that Elsie made tonite. Yums!
