Walk Thru

Today, we did the walk thru.

No tent on it and there were signs that they cleaned up the house. There were smells coming from the sides of the house... that were very familiar to me. Smells of death. I think with the termite fumigation... something died in the process. And considering that it's probably somewhere in the crawlspace underneath the house.. I think we're going to have to live with the smell for a while... for a very long while. yeck.

The window is still broken... and it's strange that H is going to have to do the legwork of getting it fixed rather than the seller's agent. Crappy agent!! And she's not even giving us a straight day that the house will close. And it better be by the time our rate expires. argh.

There is also a big crack right by the fireplace.. that none of can remember if it was there or not. And I'm looking at the pictures I took during the home inspection....and I didn't take any pictures of the chimney. boo.
