Need to Get Away

I'm feeling like complete shit right now. One mistake found on the 12th...another mistake found on the 24th...and another one last nite. I don't know what's going on with me and work. I'm now too scared to verify ANY orders. My annual review is coming up in May and I'm afraid of what Carol is going to say. I'm scared and feel completely useless right now. *sigh* Maybe I need a brain-resting vacation. fuck.
